Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing AMC VICTORS. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best learning experience possible. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your course enrollment, we are here to help.
Course Cancellations
We accept course cancellation requests within 7 days from the date of enrollment, provided that you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. To be eligible for a refund, you must not have downloaded course materials or completed any assessments.
Refunds
Once we receive your cancellation request and verify eligibility, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note that the refund amount will exclude any payment processing fees incurred during the initial transaction.
Course Transfers
If you would like to transfer to a different course or session, please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your enrollment confirmation. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the transfer, subject to availability and any applicable fees.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items and services are non-refundable and non-transferable. These include:
- One-on-one mentoring sessions already completed
- Downloadable study materials and resources
- Assessment and evaluation services
- Courses accessed beyond the 7-day cancellation period or 20% content threshold
- Special promotional or discounted course packages
Technical Issues or Service Interruptions
In the event that you experience significant technical issues or service interruptions that prevent you from accessing course content, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue or provide appropriate compensation, which may include course extension or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
Processing Time
Refunds and transfers will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and approve your request. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
